Privacy Policy

Location.Aviso uses your device's location to trigger reminders when you arrive at or leave a place you chose. Geofence evaluation happens entirely on your device using Apple's built-in geofencing. Aviso never records, stores, or uploads your location history — it only keeps the named places you save, with the alert radius you picked, and that data is encrypted at rest on your device.

Microphone & speech. When you tap the mic, your speech is transcribed so Aviso can fill in your reminder. Audio is processed for transcription only and is never stored or uploaded by Aviso.

• No advertising identifiers, no ad networks
• No location history — ever
• No data sold or shared with anyone, for any reason

Aviso has no server of its own. There is nothing to breach and nothing to sell.

Aviso uses Apple Maps to search for locations when you create a reminder. Your search query is sent to Apple to return matching places, subject to Apple's privacy policy. Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store; Aviso never sees your payment details.

Aviso is rated 4+ and collects no personal data from anyone, including children. Because there is no account, no analytics, and no data collection of any kind, there is no data about children (or anyone else) to protect, disclose, or delete.

If this policy ever changes, the new version will be posted here with an updated effective date. Because Aviso collects nothing, we expect changes to be rare and boring.
